Returns & Cancellations (Refund Policy)

At Barsava, we strive to deliver high-quality jewellery. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery products, our return policy is limited and carefully structured.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product is unused, in original condition, and includes original packaging and tags

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or worn jewellery
• Items without original packaging with all tags
• Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
• Minor variations in color/design (due to photography or screen differences)

Return/Exchange Process

1. Email us at support@barsava.in within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share:
   • Order ID
   • Clear images/videos of the product
3. Our team will verify the request within 2–3 business days
4. Once approved:
   • We will arrange a replacement, or
   • Offer store credit/refund (as applicable)

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only in case of unavailable replacement
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

• Barsava reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions

Shipping Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience across India.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location
• Delivery timelines may vary due to:
  • Remote locations
  • Courier delays
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order value

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available as we will call you for order confirmation before shipping
• Barsava reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders
• COD orders not accepted by the customer will require prepaid payment for re-shipping

Missed Delivery

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times
• If delivery fails:
  • The order will be returned to us
  • Re-shipping will be done on request with an additional charge of Rs 250/-

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email
• Customers are responsible for tracking and ensuring availability for delivery

Damaged Package on Arrival

If the outer package appears damaged:

• Do not accept the delivery, or
• Record an unboxing video for proof

This helps us resolve your issue faster.
